Shipping policy

1. Processing & Delivery Timeframes State how long it takes to process an order before it ships, and give realistic delivery estimates. Since you're dropshipping, be honest about timelines — overpromising leads to complaints and chargebacks.

2. Shipping Destinations List the countries or regions you ship to, and mention any restrictions.

3. Shipping Costs Explain your shipping rates — whether it's free, flat-rate, or calculated at checkout. If you offer free shipping above a certain order value, state that clearly.

4. Order Tracking Let customers know if they'll receive a tracking number and how to use it.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages Explain what happens if a package is lost or significantly delayed, and how customers can contact you.

6. International Orders If you ship internationally, mention that customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes upon delivery.

7. Contact Information Include how customers can reach you with shipping questions.
